Registration for physical participation is binding. If you are registered but wish to cancel, please do so before 25 April 2025 to allow another participant to take your place.

There is no conference fee. However, please note that costs for meals and drinks are not covered.

Lunch and Coffee Breaks

Lunch and two coffee breaks will be served at the conference venue each day. The cost is 50€ (1 lunch and 4 coffee breaks) and must be paid in cash at the registration desk.

Social Dinner

The social dinner will take place on 27 May 2025 at 19:30 at Torreão Restaurante (Rua das Virtudes, 37 – Porto). The cost is 50€ and should be paid in cash at the conference registration desk.

Travel Reimbursement

Travel reimbursement will be conducted according to the COST Travel Reimbursement Rules. The number of participants eligible for reimbursement is limited. The official eCOST invitation for selected participants (which is necessary for reimbursement) will be sent no later than 15 April 2025.
